What we collect

If you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the name, organisation, email address and message you type, plus the product you selected. We use that to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels on this site. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send a request to another company.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond the ordinary cache.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we have a business reason to hold them, and are deleted on request.

Who sees it

Enquiries go to the Green Metrics team. We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf in order to deliver the email.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will act on it.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
